When using SFTP to access your Strattic-hosted website files, you will be affecting the WordPress Staging environment only. Any edits you make directly on the server will not show on either the Preview or Live environments until you do a Strattic publish from within the WordPress dashboard.
Step 1.
Login to your Strattic dashboard and click the details button for the name of the site you want to connect to.
Step 2.
On the site details page, under the “WordPress Connection Info” tab find your SFTP credentials.
Please Note: The SFTP credentials can only be viewed if your Strattic user has the Owner, Admin, or Site Manager role. This information will not be visible to Site Collaborators (see team management).
Step 3.
You may use any program that supports SFTP, but in this tutorial, we will be using Cyberduck. If you haven’t already, please download and install Cyberduck.
Step 4.
Open Cyberduck
Step 5.
Click on “Open Connection”
Step 6.
Select SFTP from the dropdown

Step 9.
Once you’re connected, you can upload to the server or download to your computer by dragging and dropping files into the application or out onto your desktop or a folder on your computer.
