Step 1
From your WordPress dashboard navigate from the left hand menu to Strattic >
Settings, then click the Forms tab.
Step 2
Enable by selecting Yes.
Step 3
Enter the follow SMTP credentials;

From Email Address: enter the Gmail email address you wish to send from

From Name: This will be displayed as the sender’s name. You may choose to enter your name, the name of your department, or the name of your company.

Host: smtp.gmail.com

Port: 465
-
Authentication: Yes
-
Username: The full address of your Gmail account, e.g. jane.citizen@yourdomain.com or jane.citizen@gmail.com

Password: Password of your Gmail account
Step 4
Press the blue save changes button a the end of the page
That’s it, now you can use Gmail SMTP servers when sending from Elementor Forms, Contact form 7 and Gravity forms with Strattic.
FAQ
Will this work if my Google account has two factor authentication?
Yes! However, you will need to generate an app password and use that instead of your regular password. You can generate an app password here.
Are there sending limits?
Gmail allows you to send 500 emails per day with a free account. For paid Google Workspace accounts, there is a limit of 2,000 emails per day.
Troubleshooting
Here are some steps to try if you are not receiving emails.
