Visual issues on the front end of your website may be caused by the Avada theme cache.
To clear your cache, from your WordPress dashboard sidebar, go to: Avada > Options > Performance and scroll down to the Dynamic CSS & JS section. From there, click the Reset Avada Caches button.
In some older versions of Avada, this button is in a different menu. Go to: Avada > Theme Options > Advanced > Dynamic CSS & JS > and click the Reset Fusion Caches button.
Then once complete perform a Strattic Full Publish once more.
